Shipping Policies:
As with any chocolate purveyor, we want the products we sell to arrive in great condition and make you happy enough to come back often! Therefore the following guidelines apply.
We will usually ship U.S.P.S. First Class or Priority Mail which is a "2 to 3 day service" We can't guarantee shipping times though because it is just out of our hands. If you need a definite delivery time, email us before placing your order.
Hot weather can be death to chocolate quality. We will generally not ship in a way that seems guaranteed to ruin your order. I you just have to have it right away we highly recommend adding a refrigerant pack to your order during the hot summer months to ensure arrival quality. Our usual shipping days are Monday and Wednesday but we can be accommodating in a pinch :)
For our corporate clients, larger orders can take a bit of time to put together but we will happily put together a rush order if we can. Please contact us for program details and perks.
